Vladimir Rumak, a senior lawyer at “DSL-Service”, took part in the February 2023 issue of “Zakon” journal in the “Legal Chronicle” section.
Vladimir analyzed a number of laws changes in Russia which came into force in January 2023, bright legal facts at the level of draft laws, by-laws and law enforcement practice as part of the de-offshorization of the Russian economy.
